  Our life is filled with plenty of questions and influences, which are often a single word or sentence. Sometimes the question is left up to the person asking themselves, and other times it can be answered by a best friend, parent, or guardian. A lot of times when you are having a hard time answering these questions, you find yourself taking solace in them as an escape from reality even more than usual for that time period. One such influence on my life is self-doubt. Emotions can do funny things to us and there have been many cases where I have done something that was not good enough because I was too afraid to stay true to myself despite knowing what was best for me. Sometimes I chose to go against what I know is best just because it was a time in my life when I was unsure or afraid of my worth. You need to ask yourself "What do you expect out of yourself?"
